We are four partners, each with over ten years of experience supporting scale-ups.

We don’t believe in the false dilemma between performance and people. The scale-ups that go big are those that align business ambition with human excellence. They build organizations that are fluid, demanding, and healthy—capable of handling pressure without burning out.

Our focus is to avoid one of these two pitfalls: prioritizing performance at the expense of the human factor, which generates burnout and turnover, or conversely, cultivating a benevolent environment without clear standards, which leads to stagnation and ultimately demotivates even the most engaged teams.

We work on three inseparable pillars: leadership to structure governance and support executives in their skill development, performance systems to create clear and dynamic steering that evolves with your growth, and culture to make HR a strategic lever serving your ambitions. These three dimensions reinforce each other to build an organization that is both high-performing and sustainable.

Our method adapts constantly. Sometimes we coach to overcome deep challenges, sometimes we facilitate critical strategic sequences, sometimes we build the tools and systems you need alongside you. We don’t roll out a generic methodology: each intervention is designed for your context and growth stage.

We created EPIC12 with a strong conviction: real impact happens over time, not through quick missions. That’s why we made the radical choice to support only a very limited number of companies, in an ultra-selective manner. This allows us to invest fully, with tailored approaches and authentic engagement.
